The Foundation for the Training and Protection of Mentally Handicapped Children offers various facilities and services targeting mentally handicapped children and their families. Our educational programs which are offered in boarding and non-boarding form constitute the majority of these facilities and services. In addition, we have constituted the advising and counselling programs as part of the body of services offered by the Foundation in order to support the families of these children and help them cope with the accompanying problems and stresses.

We have continuing efforts to establish funding for all these activities, to develop our rehabilitation facilities, maintain the continuity and quality of our existing programs as well as to establish the awareness and sensitivity in our country to the problems and difficulties of being mentally handicapped as a children. These efforts also involve recruiting new and energetic human resources to support these activities. All of these are coordinated as part of continuing projects of the foundation.
